Hello Dan,

I don't know where you are getting your buyback numbers but I think
you are a bit short in the amount DCTC has already spent. At 2.3-2.4
million shares repurchased already, I'd have to figure with the Muller
shares in that count, that the buyback couldn't have more than a few
hundred k at most left to spend if anything at all. Personally, I'm
not here for a buyback and as to who the seller is, we agree, it
really doesn't matter who is selling as long as it isn't a corp officer.

On the PR front, if I thought DCTC was going to be a corporate
entity 2 years from now, I could see the use of a good PR firm but
with the company being built to be sold, I don't see the need to
shell out between 4 and 8k per month. We had one before and they
didn't seem to be of much value(they almost blew one deal for us)
and yet they came highly recommended. There was a time that a good
PR firm might have been able to make us some contacts that would have
been beneficial to current shareholders but I think that time has
passed......IMO......

As to the current price.......it is pitiful......I've been looking
at several companies within this industry, and they ALL are selling
at better prices than DCI. Each has differing reasons but one fact
remains constant.....the selling overhang that has been on top of
this stock since November is the reason the price is where it is. If
those people had been willing to play this out, we would have all
been greatly enchanced. They didn't....it is just that simple....in
the mean time, the company continues to improve on a fundamental
basis so I'll just keep hanging out with my holdings......

Take care...

Lou

If we used part of the $5 mil set aside for buyback to fund the Muller repurchase, then I doubt we have all that much left in the buyback kitty. Anyone know if this was/is the case? George E.
