As long as they are raising money thru Reg S private placements this
stock should be approached with extreme caution. Check out SALV.
That is a classic example of Reg S at work.

They can ask for a $1 or $7. It all depends on if the car companies think its worth it. Just bought a 1998 Ford Explorer XLT with all the trimmings. I mean "ALL"!!!
Do you know...they took off the electric controlled passenger seat and its got a bar to press for back and forth. WOW!!! ARE THEY CHEAP OR WHAT???
