CORRECTION George, In a prior post (#596) I pointed to a Telephony Magazine article concerning the Telco Industry's Full Service Area Network (FSAN) Initiative. It's a discussion on multi-services delivery using ATM and DSL underpinnings, supported by a passive optical network (PON) layer to the central office and other service-specific nodes. The URL has either moved, or I was mistaken about it, initially.
