BTW, why is not "floorless" illegal or, at the least, a warning of it's existence given to shareholders, actual and potential, if financing of this type is entered into by management?

Perhaps I am being naive, but this seems like an overtly corrupt practice that management should be required to disclose (over and above SEC filings) through federal legislation. If it isn't, it would seem a class action lawsuit would be appropriate and management, personally, be held libel (criminally?) for securities fraud should losses occur to anyone not officially notified of the risk.

One last question, is it realistic to expect that Harken's management will likely close out all the "floorless" IF they successfully complete their drilling program (obvious mega-potential) over the summer using funds previously not available to them until the results of their program are known?
