According to an article I read this evening, futures traders were expecting a 2-3 MILLION barrell surplus!! This could be Bullish for tomorrow??

658K surplus, compared to what? What was the last number, is the surplus working down or growing? ws

Oil surplus below expectations -

and the March 23 agreed Russian oil production cutback took effect only 1 week ago - pity the plight of the prognosticators. Numbers, numbers, numbers, they can be so confusing.
