I'm in at 16, *sigh*. I thought the
last burst of enthusiasm over production cuts was the real
thing.

In terms of TA the only good sign is low volume I think.
At least there's no stampede to sell. There just aren't any
buyers because people are conditioned (probably with reason)
to not buy until the situation has already improved. True bottom
fishing seems to be out of style.
