I thought Kluivert had a superb game--he stepped up as Bergkamp was completely shut down.

Arsenal wants Kluivert--question is did his stock go up too much after todays match?

Very technical game with Brasilians luring Holland to attack to isolate Rivaldo and Ronaldo with RC closing from behind

So much so, that nearly cost them the game... as with Argentina.

It wasn't until extra time that Brasil's midfield showed up near Holland's penalty area

Which shows that they are capable of doing more than "[only] what is needed"
... the magic, while sparsely shown, is there, they must have a higher desire and hunger to win.... very dangerous strategy.

Denilson almost made a difference but his dribbling must be more purposeful to be effective.

Agreed 100 % he must be allowed to either start, or have more time to be in tune with the other players, on the same "tempo".

He was brilliant but simply could not connect with the others.

Ronaldo missed a few golden opportunities.

Nevertheless... a victory is a victory.

Brazil is in now her 6th. final, their only defeat in the prior 5 was at their home turf, Maracan  in 1950.
