They have this rating because they will not issue a SELL rating on it until all of their IOM shares are gone. As soon as they unload all of their IOM shares, they may recommend a SELL, or stop covering IOM altogether (which seems to be the normal course of action).

However, they also probably more interested in Iomega borrowing money from them, which is why they try and prop up the company with good recommendations in hopes to get in good graces with Iomega management.

This is pretty good strategy because Iomega is having to borrow an awful lot of money these days, and that interest really adds up.
