Hi all!! I just registered 2 formal complaints against DLJ, they are researching it now, how can a brokerage say the stock is not trading when it is, why are we paying these brokerage houses good money when they have no clue what is going on? I doubt I will get any restitution but it doesn't hurt to try...I cant believe how upset I am over this, today was a total fiasco, I geuss we only have the SEC to blame for this, for all of u guys that got your trades through I congatulate u...Marianna

Looks like everything is proceeding nicely. I picked a fine day to be away from my computer though (had no choice, I had a closing)! Very satisfied with the close(well over 100% increase). Read the 8-K - nothing earth shattering except for the 10,000,000 shares. It's pretty obvious they're getting ready for something - JV or partnership of some sort. A little disappointed about the delay in the release of the full report. Well we've reached a new plateau, could easily start closing over $1.00. this week. Next plateau, announcement of third party verification firm or some sort of JV/partnership with new highs in the $3.-$5. range. Could be several months. I'm not selling though, as I've said, unless there's outright fraud (seems less and less likely with all of this intense scrutiny), I'm in for the full ride to the top (12-18 months)!
