Chief, While I think it is prudent and wise for any investor to look at the bad, one must also look at the good. You said: "For "any" independant to review, audit, amend and correct, that "independant must verify the original data. The only way to do that is to "resample, re-asssay, re-analyze" I don't believe this to be true. While it would be wise for this to be done, this statement does not call into question the methodology that was used, only whether or not the conclusions from the samples are correct. You said: "<< when the SEC questions "methodology, analysis and preperation of a report", the report becomes useless as even a baseline document>>" The report may still matter, but we are now talking momentum. If we have third party verification of any type, be it a complete resampling or just a seconding of Guido's findings, that is what will matter. You said: "<< a further indication that the report will not even be used as a baseline document. More importantly it raises the spectre, even though it may not be warranted of, "There can be no assurance that a new independent firm will confirm any "reserves" or "mineralization" on the Cangalli concessions,"..... which will hardly be reassuring to future investors.>>" I believe this to be legal jargon that MINE's lawyers require TT to include in the 8K in order to placate the SEC. While it is true that there could be no gold, I believe the area in question has too much of a gold producing history to just throw this claim to the wayside. You said: "<< this statement in itself is the most worrysome. This could result in extensive resampling as stated before, Estimated time for this program could be as short as 6 months but also as long as 12 months.>>" So what, I for one would welcome this. I now own this stock at a $0.00 cost basis, as I'm sure others do to (after today's price action). I'm prepared to wait. It all comes down to what you believe. I didn't understand your last comment, so I won't comment on that. Lastly, I don't know about anyone else, but when I get into penny stocks, I am 100% speculating. This to me was a lottery ticket all the way. I see the 8K as good factual evidence of what the company is doing, the steps that must be taken, and a roadmap to the future, not bad news. As the saying goes, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder". Well, I don't know about you, but a potential 6.4MM ounces of gold looks pretty beautiful to me. Lastly, let's not forget "GOLD FEVER", and PR. This stock traded over 3MM shares today on "the Pinks". What do you think is going to happen when we get a little more PR, and we're back OTC. Huge volume, huge potential gains. JSI. --just being "critical of the breakdown"
