Nice strategy. The 10Q for 31 March 1998 mentions the 24 February vote for the reverse split. Page 13 indicates 19,271,074 common shares entitled to vote. The 29 April 1998 DEF14A shows institutional ownership @ 12.9M. So I see the 24 Feb shares eligible have already been adjusted for post reverse. Anyone agree? Anyone tell me how many shares were out there, roughly, last year? Can someone point me to their clearing agent? Have a call in to Joseph Girata again...
