James I covered half my position over a weak ago and covered the rest yesterday morning when I saw the upgrade. I averaged about a 40% return, which isn't bad but not what I wanted. I am still not convinced that increasing capacity by building a new plant is the solution to VVUS's problems. Even if they can get their costs down the point is that their market share has dwindled away and they will face increasing competition from other small biotechs with similar products. I will be back to short VVUS after earnings (depending on the result).

I can't remember if you're long VVUS but I feel that the phenomenal rise yesterday may be a second chance for VVUS investors to get out. Anyway, good luck to all the VVUS longs but I'll still be looking to short VVUS if it rises again.
