Exhibit 4 of that S-8 actually says the exercise price will be $43. In any case, it doesn't, as I had feared, appear to be a dilution of present stockholder value. The options don't expire until 2008 and only represent 1% of the float. This is probably a good employee incentive. Thanks for the pointer to freeedgar.
