A Few tidbits
Following the California proposition eliminating bilingual ed. Congress passed a similar law eliminating funding for all Bilingual Ed. This is positive and anticipated news for Edusf and Hienle. It's the basis for the joint development and marketing agreement. Rev in US markets should ramp up steadily after release of MFE.

About 28 percent of the world population speaks English. That's a lot of non English speaking inhabitants. Many of the non english speaking countries are undergoing development and economic expansion.
Whereas, a bilingual development within the USA was a disaster, the inverse is more consistent throughout much of the non english speaking world. A rise in Bilingual necessity is being fueled by cultural and economic forces. English is the language of choice "it's universal".

The reduction in PC prices have accelerated the proliferation of PC's within households not only in the USA but globally.

Educational service companies are enjoying continued growth within the US and Europe. They are eyeing worldwide expansion and are acquiring and consolidating. This trend will likely continue.
