I agree with a previous poster who pointed out that the verbage on the 8K was probably directed by GE's counsel. Reading through it reminds me of the "risk factor" section in prospectuses/annual reports. In other words it may be legal CYA (like the "safe harbor" stuff). The only part that gave me pause was the part about maybe including the May 22 '98 press release in the old SEC action. yick I guess we all know now what TT has been doing these last weeks. <g> Colleen, Hey, we finally got some rain down here about two hours south of you!
