Hi Max,

Great play on DHI. The Amigos are still very much on the DHI bandwagon with a target price around $30. We have not wavered from that target even in the face of the short selling arbs relating to the merger with CON. Hang on ...... you should make some REAL NICE bucks.

As far as ATPX goes ...... that spread really .... really sucks. The spread is mainly the result of the tiny 1.1 million share float. Did you try to enter an order around the high 12s to 13 ???? Just wondering at what price you tried for. My last purchase was at 12 1/16 ... the ask at the time was 12 5/8. It is the Amigos belief that the MMs are not holding much of a position in ATPX and there don't appear to be many available for sale either. Therefore, ANY buying pressure and the stock will move higher.

I have a feeling Max ..... that you aren't the only one looking to scoop up some ATPX shares (I am looking to get more also before it runs away). I think a few others are seeking shares and the MMs don't want to give up the shares cheaply cause it is likely they would have to go short on the stock ..... which will cost them some bucks with the upcoming news.

If more people would be willing to pay the prevailing ask, I think you would see the stock move higher very quickly. I haven't been home during the day lately ... but it would be very interesting to see what the Level 2 readings are for ATPX.

Time is running out before news Max.
