and Amazon's puts were trading at a 125 volatility while the calls were around 115.

PS - Anyone else getting more than a little annoyed at getting the "requested page not found" error when trying to respond to a post? You click "back", and the post you labored over has been vaporized. I'm trying to get in the habit of copying my post before I attempt to post it, that way I just click "paste" if it gets blown away by internet gremlins.

Rock, great post. What I'd die for is to know through this whole debacle, how is it that only Datek, had any shares available to short? Maybe I have over estimated their position, but it appeared from the post's here that they had maybe 100,000 shares.
Thats 100k more than DLJ had, believe me.
