Liked the tags on the news release. Always nice to be associated with majors, isn't it?

Calvary,

Here are some brief answers to you questions and the conference call on Thursday at noon EST will address more.

1)DOES KRAFT LAWSUIT SETTLEMENT PREVENT
TCBG FROM BEING AQUIRED BY ANOTHER COMPANY?

NO

2)LAST YEAR WHEN TCBG'S PRODUCTS WERE IN STORES DID THEY HAVE RIPIT SIP IT PACKAGING.

yes, on a promotional basis I think

3)DID THEY PULL THEM FROM SHELVES WHEN KRAFT SUED?

I don't know

4)WHAT ARE SWEET RITES ANNUAL SALES?
ARE THEY A PUBLIC CO.

250 million and they are a private company

5)DO THEY HAVE A WEB SITE? tcbg does Sweet-Ripe not to my knowledge

6)WHY CAN VOLPAK ONLY BUILD NINE MACHINES A YEAR? WE ARE GOING TO NEED WAY MORE MACHINES.

They can build more and TCBG plans to purchase 9 in the first year. I think my prior post was misleading.
