Hi Winzer,

If you are new to the penny stock game, I would suggest that you keep away from stock like WIM. Speculating in such companies can be very harmful to health. Just ask my friend 'G'.

Now on the technical indicator 'double bottom'. Briefly, technical analysis does not look at any fundamental of stocks. It believes that the perfect market knows everything, and all info is reflected in the stock price. If a stock declines significantly, the theory is that the stock will eventually test this new low after a bounce back. If the stock price does not pierce its previous lows in a big fashion, the stock will have performed a double bottom, and the stock will then rise. Of course, there are support levels up and down that it has to break to establish a trend.

For WIM it is still too early to tell if it has formed the double bottom.
