IOM used there hand picked judge to get an injunction so all SYQT has to do to overturn the case is to pick a judge which will overturn the decision. The French justice system is very open to paid for decisions. If all facts were known, the IOM judge is probably a IOM stock holder.

Joe, Good to hear from you. I'm still trading and have recently been spending some time posting on the Yahoo! SyQuest thread under the alias "Rolinstone." While there's still a significant amount of trash to skip through, there are some knowledgeable folks there who provide good comment and opinion.

As for trading, I jumped in late last week for a couple of short-term trades, but was stopped out this morning. Although the EdHeads nailed me on this one, perhaps I'll feel lucky if the stock gaps lower in the morning and another trading opportunity emerges. Maybe I'll see you at the tables again if we break a buck.

Good luck and Regards - Dale
