One of your questions pertains to the "increased float?" Can you expand on what you mean by that? I do remember the float being reported as less about a year ago, I do think that they have used the shares a while back both as currency to pay the officers of the company, as well as to pay for a number of the expenses the company has experienced in the past.

I spoke with Mr. Sheppard a while back about that, maybe 3 months, he said he expected no additional dilution for the near future. So I expect the shares outstanding to remain as it is for a while. I think there has been confusion about what the shares outstanding and the float really are, as there has been only a little of information available on the net about FNTN, and what is out there hasn't necessarily been updated well to reflect changes in the past year. But, one can certainly ask and receive a straightforward answer from FNTN, especially Mr. Sheppard.

As far as competition, I haven't been able to find any companies that are publicly traded that have a similar mission. It may be that they are out there, but are private. But I do get the impression that FNTN is way ahead of the curve here.
