Good morning to you all. As you know, over the last few weeks we have been attempting to put together a corporate update. From an update point of view, it was unfortunate that Owen Jones and other SYD principals have been extremely busy but a great deal of their time has been consumed with SYD business, as well as, BNTI business (BNTI is another company within the TechWest group of companies). From a shareholder point of view, we are always pleased to see our clients this busy. The latest BNTI press release should serve as an indication of this group's ability and commitment to their work. We had an opportunity to speak with Owen Jones on late Friday evening. As advised on previous occasions, Mr. Jones is in possession of the bulletin board post written by Bill, better known as wcwise, which encompasses the thoughts of many shareholders. For those of you unfamiliar with this post, much of it focused on the fact shareholders have been presented with very little financial data with respect to SYD. To this end, Mr. Jones has advised the latest SYD quarterly financials are due to be released by the end of this month. Though these latest financials will not reflect any of the recent initiatives of SYD (Sunset Direct, IBM etc.), they will provide the proper context in answering shareholder questions as to what goals have been achieved, which goals have been missed and which initiatives SYD is dedicating their financial resources to. As such, SYD will be releasing a complete corporate update in conjunction with their quarterly statements at the end of July and no later than August 5. At the same time, SYD will be filing their Annual Information Filing (AIF). In the meantime, SYD advises their relationship with IBM is progressing very well. As a result of their latest meeting with IBM and their clients on July 7th, SYD has already begun working with large and meaningful prospective clients. Furthermore, as a result of their attendance at PC Expo and their relationships with IBM and Sunset Direct, SYD has acknowledged that success at the large enterprise level will depend on the development of a 32-bit client for Net Notions. SYD is pleased to report they are ahead of schedule to release the 32-bit client, which is now scheduled for September. In the meantime, SYD will be commencing Beta testing of a 32-bit client for Hot Notions in the next few weeks. Owen Jones requests that all shareholders download the new version when it becomes available and help the company in their testing and development stage. Agora looks forward to presenting shareholders with a complete corporate update at the end of this month and no later than August 5. Regards, Agora Internet Relations Corp.
