Folks, again I'm giving everyone a heads up here. Tgs59 is a DIRECT COMPETITOR with AGTI. He does NOT own even one single share, and is in fact restricted by law from doing so.
He regularly posts here trying to gain everyone's acceptance so he can casually slip negative information into the conversations and hype his stock.
Please everyone, take a look at the GMTC thread and see who this guy really is and you can decide for yourselves what his REAL motives are for coming over here.

Second, I would like to bring up a few facts regarding the negativity here lately.
The fact is Tom and his team DID NOT create the mess the company has had to overcome. They came in AFTER the fact....OK?
I have been in the business world for more years than I care to admit, have been directly involved in both merger and financing negotiations on several occasions, and have been a part of a management team that was tasked with trying to revive a sick company.
I will tell you it is not fun being the guy who has to make the unpopular decisions, and it is even worse when sensitive negotiations are in progress and you CANNOT even discuss your reasoning with others not directly involved.
It's no fun being the bad guy, people, especially when you're doing what is necessary for everyone's success.
I guess what I'm trying to say is this....let's give the team a chance here. They have only been involved in the company for a very short period of time so let's give them time to succeed.
I seriously doubt they made the split decision on a lark. Think about it, there is something happening behind the scenes and I think they deserve the opportunity to finish what they started.
This is the REAL business world and nothing happens that fast!
Sorry this was so long but I had to get my two cents in here.
Cheers guys, Randy
