The insider selling is an assumption. The market maker trading under the symbol ECAP stayed on the offer constantly. This guy was willing to sell stock forever, share after share. At the end of the trading, there was a large block of selling, just under the offer, generally meaning that a shareholder, who has sold through a market maker, fills the market maker for the shares they sold throughout the day. The price difference is the market makers profit. The 300K was disclosed, as required by law, on the FSS web site.
