>>I know you don't have to file to sell anymore but you do have to convert from B to A shares and that's when you'll be busted<<

Dr- He'll get busted if he sells without filing. His departure from the company was effective April 1, insiders are subject to SEC insider status for 6 months after they leave...he has to file till Oct 1. He also has to offer Class B shares to other members of the trust before he can sell. You'd think that if there was any merger talk they would scoop those shares up.

On a slightly different subject I think there's some document recording irregularities involving the conversion between Class B to A which is the reason Vickers still shows his holdings @ 1.362M shares rather than the <~1M he has.

Dr.Tech,

If WSTL were up for sale, wouldn't you think the street would have taken notice and bid the price up. There is little some of those vultures don't know. So if the company had suitors that are near a buy, why are we still in the 9's.

Something is not sounding right.
