You seemed to be barking up the wrong tree.

I started buying SAPHY 16 months ago based upon the company's business model and future prospects; at the time no one had heard about the August 3 listing.

Just be patient and, come August 3, put in your short order at the bell.

Paul - Good questions and observation. One should buy SAPHY based on itself and not the fact that they will be listed on NYSE - ratan

Paul,

The NYSE listing was only a factor in the timing of my purchasing decision. After reviewing the thread and reading the company's financials I bought SAP as a long term hold position for my portfolio. I too feel now that the Aug. 3 listing is a "wild card", either way it goes, I plan to accumulate. A 30 point drop would be quite the "gift" from my perspective.
