Carl: I can't imagine a company selling at less than 0.1 book value and 0.01 p/s going bankrupt. Ridiculous. I get really suspicious when I see numbers like that, somebody had a hidden agenda. Anytime you see one of these and can hold a few shares, do so.

How did you select the $3 number? Do you have a general rule for setting stop losses?
