A very good article on Struthers by Jim Romahn, agricultural writer with the K-W Record in Kitchener, Ontario.

Jim is quite skeptical about the prospects of this company's prospects.

He raises a number of important questions:

1. The struther's herd of pigs scores no better than average when compared with other purebred herds scored by the marketing board.

2.Creditors in Ontario have court judgements against this company and this will make it difficult to obtain a NASDAQ listing.

3. No details of the agreement with UofG are available and a valuation on this research program can not be made!

4. The deal with China is difficult to understand and may be a simple agreement to purchase purebred pigs from Canada although Struther's own herd does not qualify for export due to the presence of "mycoplasma" in the herd!

There is certainly a chance for sucess here but having followed Jim Rohman's writing for over twenty years I have found his integrity and thoroughness of research to be impeccable.

There are many, many, many questions that Struthers has not answered and I, for one, would stay away for at least some financial and research reports before investing!!!
