All this talk of leaks and people in the know having advanced warning is ridiculous as is the talk of lawsuits. The reason the stock started tanking a few days before the earnings release was the company's S-4 filing on July 2. That set off alarm bells on the Street and some saw the writing on the wall. The ensuing sell-off went a little too far and the company represents fair value and could become excellent value pending a turnaround in their operations which I believe to be quite good over the next six months.
