No need to puff up your chest and justify your calls. You're very successful and what you do. I don't day-trade. What may have worked for those who day-trade, obviously wouldn't have worked for me. One has to be "fleet of foot" I don't have time nor inclination.

You and I have similar problems. People with different risk tolerance, objectives, etc. follow "US" no matter how many qualifiers and disclaimers we give them. That's why I'm gonna take a hiatus for a while.

The ONLY reason I mentioned YOU was cause I got several emails and private messages today asking me my advice re your "warning" on TAVA. I wish these people wouldn't contact me about your recommendations/warnings. Nonetheless they do.

I never gave/give any of these people any advice. I make no comments. I have asked what you were telling others, cause I didn't know. I don't like to do private message or emails discussing investments. Many do. I don't. I don't want to be involved.

I don't follow you Joe. You don't follow me. Our goals and objectives are JUST different. You're a dynamic, great guy. Lots of fun. Very bright. Very successful.

In my case, with how I invest and where my focus is ... my method has worked for me. On two occasions, without my seeking you out, you either showed up or someone sent me an email about your comments ... and only then did you became a part of my investment strategy ... BUT, as a contrarian indicator, reinforcing what I was already inclined to do. Worked for me. Definitely would not have worked for day-traders.

<So it seems my dear Chanel lady, your idea of doing things opposite to me, seems to be a day or two late.>

Can't complain Joe:-) Besides, you have NO idea when I bought or sold at other times. Pure speculation on your part. And, when push comes to shove, who really cares? I don't want to get involved in a p*ssing match.

Besides ... I'm gonna be off-line for a while.

<Meanwhile, I had a deep throat on the phone telling me which and how many and when more news were coming

Sorry Joe, but I've heard this stuff about forthcoming contracts from you before. Sometimes it happened, sometimes it didn't. Maybe you'll be lucky this time. When I started buying back in, it was with the belief that one or two PR announcements would most likely be forthcoming before earnings. Without this belief, I never would have started to buy back in. So, odds are good that you may be at least partially right.

Not once have I ever based an investment decision on your knowing and announcing forthcoming contracts. Others may have. I haven't.

Best of luck to you,

Cheryl
