There are presently no plans in gear for a roll-back that I am aware of. However, this does not preclude the possibility of one happening. The AGM will be held towards the end of November, no specific date set yet. The Company is presently working at securing a joint venture partner for the Buffalo Valley project. Interest has been good but the depressed gold prices and junior resource climate has resulted in the seniors being very careful and selective. Buffalo Valley remains a quality asset with a very good possibility of increasing the gold resource (+600,000 oz Au). This has not gone unnoticed by a number of interested parties. The Company hopes to be able to announce a new JV partner soon. Steve
