I'm a little curious how GLOW will set up the accounting system for the Dominican site. Reuters said that "Users will buy virtual chips with a credit card. Winnings up to the amount purchased on the card will be credited. For anything over that amount, Dominica will mail a check, ..." What happens if you don't spend all of "chips" in one outing? I assume they would be credited back to your card?!? Also, I'm still undecided on you receiving a check in the mail for your winnings. I wonder if GLOW could utilize something like what WINR is offering (no I'm not affiliated with WINR in any way...just a shareholder) as far as the accounting end of the system.
