Karl, I had a conversations with TAVA's COO on the topic of acquisitions a couple weeks back, and this is definitely in the picture. The good news is that they would, as you say, be typically a cash deal, and with the current means for valuation of systems integration/service firms, they would be on very attractive (to TAVA) terms/multiples of revenues.

Perhaps you could explain how a company with almost no cash and strong negative cash flow will "pay substantial cash for an acquisition"?
