for Ya'Hooter LongStock98 re. #2267
I believe you're looking at apples and new apples :)
the May '98 press release refers to the weighted average number of shares outstanding for the fiscal years ending in 1996 (16.6mil) and 1997 (22.7mil)
the June '98 release you refer to reflects the weighted average at the end of March (1Q) 1997 (16.6mil) and 1998 (31.2mil).
Assuming no reporting error one would assume that there was no dilution (share increase) in the first quarter of 1997, the presumption would be that the 6 mil. share increase in 1997 happened in the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Qtrs.

Without access to the quarterly reports for 1997 (which I don't have) this is conjecture.

Mike,

There wasn't much much more in terms of news. Mostly stuff we already knew. No mention of changes in executives, and no question to the topic from the interviewer. Partnership with 'major manufacturer' seen by 'the company' as quickest way to grow at this point.

Regards, Dave
