Hi Samir... yeah, you pretty much have it. There were a series of press releases that turned out to be out and out lies... and the number of shares outstanding went from 20MM to 70MM in a couple of months with almost all of those going to the CEO. And then of course there was the patented OTC move of promising financials for about 5 months and moving the date again and again. They have yet to even deliver on that promise. I refer you to my post of a letter I sent to the SEC requesting an investigation of FAMH for purposely lying to shareholders on two occasions by saying that they had sent the financials to the SEC to be posted on Edgar when in fact they hadn't. During the time when the Edgar people were supposely scanning in the document, this lie was being reiterated... all that time the Edgar people kept saying they didn't have a clue what the FAMH people were talking about because they had received nothing... Message 4664340 Although I haven't heard back from the SEC besides to acknowledge my letter, I have every intention of following this up with them.
