I've made numerous inquiries into that exact possibility. In particular the ability to order & pay online then pick-up when delivered to the store in my area. What I get from the Co. is that they are "researching" the opportunities available to them at this time. Nice spin on "if it will make us a ton of money then we'll do it".

You know what Warren, I was at Home Depot too.
I was there primarily to buy chemicals (pool) and I was shock (no pun
intended) to find out that this wonderful company of ours DOES NOT
carry pool related stuff ....

I'm talking about chemicals, equipments, building materials (for pools, etc.

>> NADA <<

I had to go to my local hardware store (ACE) to buy the stuff...
The clerk there told me every (pissed off) pool owner come here after
they came from HD and DID NOT find anything pool related.

I wonder if HD management are aware how much (potential) revenue they
(we) are missing because they are too ignorant to accept the fact
that a swimming pool (if you are an owner) is part of a home.

I have already wrote a letter to these guys stating that fact.
My dream is for HD to close every pool dealer in town.
