Great day yesterday, the activity and price increase has put NRT on the plus side of the 20 day average. The stock has not been on the 20 day plus since the beginning of May.

We all know that NRT is worth more than it's current price, just how much remains to be seen, but I suspect that it is a much higher value than what we have now.

SOROS, I believe that you will be rewarded over two years. However, having again positioned myself, I will be looking for an exit point during periods of large price gains and huge volumes. The charts never lie with any company which does not yet have earnings. IMO, the unsophisticated investor will ride the wave down, hoping for the ride back up. Emotions cause people to lose money.

How many returns is enough? If one can make, say, 50% in 2 or 3 months, what is that annualized in ROR? Then, buy back when things look bleak. The chart is definately turning. Insiders need good news to sell their options into, IMO.

Forthright, comments?
