If Lab does not fulfill its financial obligations then there will be repercussions. What I don't know, but that information should be available. I will see if I can find it.

At this stage I assume Lab's interest in the Nickel Syndicate would be terminated unless the other parties want to retain an interest in the Lab ground itself. Then they would come to some other arrangement. What Roger says seems reasonable but the deal may be more complex?
