Bert, Yes, too many people get caught up on the whole percentage thing. It's kind of not relevant because you can always be diluted down in some way, shape, or form. You just have to be happy with the investment itself, not the percentage (unless it's a control position of course.) The main firm I deal with is in Dallas, but the main capital network is in Austin.
