Good Morning, all, #1 I have not abandoned DGIV, and YES, I still have My certificates. You know, the one's with the scrolly Blue webed boarders! I am here early this am, I've finally gotten enough rest to be up at my regular time... There seems to be some confusion about enthusiasm vs."hype"...Now, I know some will come out and say Byron! you are just doing it again or Byron, you Said you were not going to Post or Byron/Rockteer, well.... you get the Picture... I had a long talk with Macker,, last night and apparently folks want to stir up a bunch of nonsense and create anguish and despair among the DGIV'rs. Folks have gone as far as Impersonating Both of Us on YHOO, thread and him on AOL, and the latest of macker on my site...seems they are pulling out all the stops, I wont even go into the magical re-appearance of mr investor but, i will say #1 I will twist as many arms as I can to buy dgiv, you see I take a long term perspective and that is why I feel DGIV is a BUY Now and at $8 or at 2.5 or at $3... It's the CONTRACTS and FUTURE REVENUES of this Internet Telephony Long Distance Telco, with International Markets gobbling up revenues. for some time to come and it's current valuation is just that "current" this too will change for the better in my opinion as long as management continues to stay on track. Now, expect the unexpected...there will be those that come out and say Byron/Rockteer1, there you go and again.."twist as many arms" etc.. ad nauseum.... I say tooo BAD... Guess what? there will be those that say..hey you "hyper" you are as bad as the "bashers" da da da da da da...I still recall the FIRST AMENDMENT. and a few others.. like the 4th. We have been under a microscope and why? I think there are forces out there in cyberspace and reality that would like us to as a group to be disbanded...My goodness those people are Just TO HAPPY, I mean the cheering the raving all the fun they are having this absolutely MUST STOP they say...I say POOH POOH... Like it or leave it... We have had the alleged rational thinkers come, the out and out bashers come, we have seen all sorts of personalities on this thread that each, in one way or another has tried to sway us out of our shares. I mean it's absolutely ridiculous...the army they sent to fight a cyber with opposition unlike they have ever seen, US, it has taken alot of their money and energy to get folks to come here with their analysis and common sense and I like DGIV but please Stop raving about it etc... Well, I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE! If you come to our House you Play by our rules or get out and stay out...we dont want your rationale we dont want your analysis we want to do just as the title suggests and sure we will answer questions ONCE! NOT! they have all been answered and any one that "brings up" new questions will prompty be escorted to the info thread or can simply ask the COMPANY. WE DONT WORK FOR THEM and I personally dont need to answer any questions about my Investment...UT OH, Now they will say BUT people have the right to ask intelligent questions and what about the newbies...Well, that approach WONT work EITHER..so dont even go there ...If there is some thing I left out DGIV'rs UNITE and show these people to the Door..If they really have a question per se they can ask privately.. or the company or whoever but to continually to try and disrupt this thread with condescending mumbo jumbo, or the innocent approach ("well, I was wondering why dgiv does'nt this or that"....) you all get the picture? We have had folks, that have flip flopped, turned outright nasty... and it will go on but, we will not sit idly by...We are stronger and we are patient and as always patience prevails... Yes, there will be a session tonight at 8pm edt...and No, it wont be all telling or all revealing or anything you could not learn from releases what it will be is a summary of where we have been and where we are headed and perhaps even a timetable? No, not predictions of news, that has been tried by many including myself, and FAILED miserably... this is not a news driven company as some would have you believe therefore, no news means SELL, NOT!... this is a company driven by a vision... and the article I posted just yesterday says it all.. Good post, Laz. Now I would encourage anyone who is long on DGIV to please: Get along, let's quit this infighting. Stay true to ourselves, wherever we are in life. Celebrate if we want, provide information if we want, ask questions if we want. Be sensitive to those who are concerned about hyping. Be sensitive to those who like to have fun. Quit predicting specifics that may or may not happen. I welcome anyone of good will.

Lazarus, "Hyping" is defined as deceitful promotion. Is that what you think we are doing? That is a question... not a challenge. Over the last 3 months its the continual buy, buy, buy that has become so meaningless. Its one thing for someone to state facts and opinions, yet another to continually say the same rethoric. However, you can read that our enthusiasm, cheerleading, etc. is a way of taking care of ourselves... not DGIV. I understand enthusiasm, but don't you think it is just a little dangerous, given the fact that in light of all the cheerleading and enthusiasm the stock price is well off its highs? I beg to differ... it does not make one look foolish to celebrate your passion or your joy. It does not make one look foolish to engage in mutual support. As for timing... I think not! The battle cry of this thread has been "Holding Long" for as long as I can remember. It does look foolish to tell everyone to buy, or at least hold before the stock tanks another 20%... It was shared... not on this thread, but it was shared. If Byron will not share it on this thread, then why should he feel as though he should share his buy, buy, or at least hold recommendation on this thread. You must make up your own. It is up to the individual to hear the information and judge whether the future event is likely to occur. I prefer to hear all the information of this nature and judge for myself its likelihood of occurring. Lazarus, I am no different that you. All I want is to hear the facts. I think we could all do without the cheerleading, just like you said, give us the information and then allow me to judge for myself... I signed off as the lone voice of reason last night because I simply make a statement and suddenly I'm treated as a basher, or someone who has alterior motives. All I want is an insightful, straighforward means of reading and posting information. Somewhere where I can read something and then be allowed to form my own opinion as to what it means. Scott
