Posted by Lucky 43 on July 08, 1998 at 09:26:06: I have just spoken to one of our reliable sources to get an update on the MISM financing.We have learned that approval has been given by two lending institutions,one US based Lending Institution and a Major Canadian Bank for 16 million dollars.Both are just in the final stages of waiting for a" LETTER OF CREDIT" which has been approved for the total of 16 million dollars.The Company is now seeking the best financing terms available, before making the final decision on which Lending Institution to proceed with at this time. Also,please remember the complexity of trying to put these deals together and bringing everyone to the table at the same time.There is the 2 Major Pretzel Deals and the acquisition of the automotive chain stores from a large Fortune 500 Company MISM is also seeking other acquisitions in addition ,which cannot be named at this time. This Company will complete the deals ,as I have been assured by the Lender.MISM goes from revenues of 1 million dollars per year to a minimum of 20 million dollars in revenue per annum.
