At .50 and .60 this may have been one to be afraid of, but at these prices?

The '97 earnings of .1085 on 20 mm shares would still be over .03 on 70 mm shares. Adding in Myriad would certainly justify a higher price than the teens.

American Dreamer, I still have a long position in FAMH. And I intend to Hold for a while.

I have several sources very close to the situation that tell me FAMH has a very good business. And from what I have seen first hand, I believe that. The business is functioning better and bigger every day.

Here are the problem areas as I see them...

1) Investor Relations MUST improve (which they are working on).

2) Credibility - Previous president made announcements too early. This is easily corrected but it will take time to re-establish credibility. I think some progress has already been made.

3) Better Communication (which I think is getting better)

4) The Audit - The new audit firm cannot be expected to sign off on the old auditor's work without verifying it for themselves. But I think we will still see $.10 or $.11 EPS for 1997.

4) Reducing Total Shares Outstanding - Personally, I think Arif NEEDS to return some shares. I think that could happen.

You'll notice that "Profitability" is not on that list because I honestly believe FAMH is profitable. And I think I have very good reason to believe that. It's my opinion based on what I have put together from various sources. But obviously, I cannot say it is fact until the audit is released.

I am still Bullish on FAMH because I believe they have a good basic business. I believe they are profitable and growing.

And I believe the new guys are getting the problems taken care of. It will take some time.

I guess I am not fearful because I have confidence in what I know about FAMH. After all, I've been following it for almost a year.

That's just my opinion based on how I see it. Time will tell.

Best wishes,
Brad
