Excellent post Gary, Sitting here waiting for Mark to finish his house cleaning and see if what other companies will step forward to take advantage of the stock structure. If this shell was dead the common would be sub ten cents, Ws would be subpenny, and the P sub a dollar. IMHO. Yes I am looking to avg down before the brokers that sold the stock for DF start trying to get it back. When will this happen??? Don't know but I would venture a guess in the next 60 days. 30 days for the attorney to get on board 30 days to make things happen. But what do I know except I am no attorney, just a dumb sales guy.

PS Don't forget about John Spriggs, will he come through for us shareholders???? What about the 3 other companies that MIDL was looking at when they choose Arcon, at least one of them must be interested.

Gary - Binder's post WAS excellent, as you pointed out, but I stay completely confused about why you end up criticizing others for using hindsight to learn from this experience. In your previous post that I'm responding to you yourself said "There were warning signs..." and this seems to me to be what hindsight is best used for, i.e. to look back at the events/perceptions/activities/decisions that took place in order to do a better job next time around. If someone learns ANYTHING to do differently in the future then that's from hindsight. The "team effort" that led to exposing what was going on was GREAT and I don't think Binder was criticizing or questioning that at all, but if we can't look back then no one learns a damn thing. If it's nonsensical/irrational speculation you don't like, fine, but I just don't think your blanket objections to hindsight are justified because that would mean that no one should look backwards for any reason, and then there wouldn't be any learning. Maybe that's not what you mean but that's the way it comes across.

Gary - Just logging in from a freind's isp in Utah after wandering around incredibly beautiful Zion, Bryce and other unbelievable canyons. Sheri was kind enough to post your July 8 post, (mentioning me, etc) to my box so that the few mins I had, I found what you had said. Thanks <g>, its good to feel part of a team trying for the honest good of all. None of us do everything right, least of all me, and I certainly have learned many a lesson the hard way, lol. Wish I had time to read everything that is going on but will just have to wait til I get back next week.
