Welcome, Cush. I cannot answer your question, but I can add one - what % does management hold ?
Ideally, you want management to be holding 15-35%. Any less, you have to wonder why not (ignoring the aspect of stock options). Any more, is good - but it means that a 35% plus group most likely has control over the decision to accept a buy-out). Thoughts, anyone - and where are you, em ?? Don.
