Bobby, Russiaan-German angle is for real...Remember Mexico crisis
that was about few thousand "lousy" jobs here in USA plus California/Texas "massive" flood of people issues...Now imagine what would happen in Europe and how much it would cost Germany when/if Russia would destabilise (do you think even refuges are stopped in Poland/Austria how much they would cost Germany? and how many Germany itself would have to admit (bear in mind World War II memories)
Now suppose there is another Nuclear Accident Ala Chernobyl or even a threat of this...again that is similar to the Accident in say Georgia (God forbids) how people in South Carolina would feel?
Now Germans were forced to invest in Russia huge sums for all of the above, but more importantly that was a price for Red Army getting-out
of Eastern Germany (that was 2 mln army-paid also entirely by Germany (cash) plus relocation expenses inside Russia...
The real question is how long Russian Economy/stability can be sustain..after all any amount of money is just a waist buying time..Not a complete waist, as Red Army is now largely disintegrated ..but another monster angry and hungry millions of people ready to explode is emerging...
