Art, I can't answer for the regulatory agencies, I know what they are supposed to do, and why they are not doing it is beyond me. This is the idea behind this thread, post that information about the bad guys, lets shed some light on them, spread the info. Investors need to be able to protect themselves, and it is obvious, that the regulatory agencies, are a little help but not really enough. I hope this thread does not turn into a "witch hunt", but maybe a place were investors can at least warn other investors of past experiences and the players running the companies. KAA
