I am not sure when phase 2 will take place, however, here is a post from the "ragingbull" : Spoke with ProNetLink, was told PROXICOM has one more MAJOR UPGRADE to do before the BIG MARKETING PUSH will begin..... :

Take it for what its worth. It appears that PNLK will not be marketing until they have the site working the way they want. It seems to be in the hands of PROXICOM right now. I view this as a plus.
