Not sure how reliable but if you put up a chart on Bigcharts.com then hit the print chart button, tell it OK on the next screen, it will display short interest under your chart when it takes you back again.

It is the only one I know of so far other than a NASDAQ site.

Big Charts also carries a regular report of the top 10 short interest stocks on NYSE.
