There was a new 144 filed today for Vantive stock. Does anyone know the details?

As a matter of fact, I've known about the problems in NA Sales for three quarters or so, but the company has done well enough in areas where I don't have a lot of visibility (int'l, channels) to make the numbers. EDS really bailed them out for a couple of quarters. I actually like the company and was really hoping they could continue to pull this off while they got their direct sales and product marketing houses in order. Obviously they couldn't.
