Zeev, those of us who know the Harken story feel good about the company.
Many companies that issue floorless have poor prospects, are desperate, or didn't fully understand the worst case scenario. Some like Hec are none of these imo.
It also has nothing to do with whether Hec is a good or bad investment. It is just one of a multitude of factors. The most important of which are the drill bit results.
